Feb 17, 2015 · HSL is used far less common than RGB because HSL was introduced in CSS3 and recently got support in browsers. (The function hsla() was added to reflect rgba()). I also think you should add the reasons *why* HSL is better than RGB in the article. The reason for adding HSL was: – RGB is hardware-oriented: it reflects the use of CRTs.
